A really awesome glitch in Sleeping Dogs. When you do a really high super jump, it moves your character forward. So I'm thinking if you can somehow get the timing right, you might get high enough to carry you on to the building. With that, I'm testing out some other locations at the moment but so far nothing is working. Let me know in the comments if you find any other spots.
