Equipping this item gives you insane buffs but comes with a massive catch: it will completely disable your achievements. I will show you the exact step-by-step walkthrough to find the secret location on the map, and then break down and explain the powerful skills it unlocks: Gloomslayer (which adds massive Break Damage to sidearms and restores your Health and Resolve upon a successful Riposte) and the Slayer Punch (a charged dash attack that deals automatic Break Damage).
