Requirements:
93 Slayer
Tale of the Muspah Quest
Must be assigned them.
They are located North of the Relleka Slayer Dungeon and North East of Relleka. They are weak to fire spells. They drop the Staff of Light which sometimes draws the power within itself to cast the spell you wish, saving you some runes.
