I return to Thorpe Park during its Winter closed period to document the removal of the park's iconic flat ride: Slammer! After thrilling riders from 2005 - 2017 Slammer was permanently closed and left standing but not operating. So although seeing it being cut up and craned out of the theme park is sad, it's nice to see this very unique flat ride put to rest!
