Clément Belio Music - LIVE Clément Belio 2022-10-29 | As mentioned in the video, I celebrated 10 years with my girlfriend, Manon, a few months ago.For this occasion we threw a big party, ending with the first "public" Clément Belio Music concert, even tho we were only among friends and familly.I never really imagined playing these live as I was always more focused on composition and studio work, and even tho lots of you asked me if something like this was planned or in the work, I never really imagined myself doing it. Until I met some incredible musicians and now I can finally see this thing happening. I mean, don't misunderstand me, I will probably only manage to play 3 or 4 times locally in my hometown (maybe) but hey, I'd be happy about it.I don't have particularly big ambitions or expectations. Red Dragon (Duo) Clément Belio 2022-10-03 | A few days ago I participated in the online festival "High Taste at Home", coorganised by the discord community at "Images & Words: The Prog Discord" and " Invicta Media".I had to make a 20min video, playing whatever music I wanted.So I took this opportunity to do stuff that I've postponed for years, in that case a duo rendition of the track "Red Dragon" by my band @ItzamnaMusic .This time not with clones but with my close friend Benjamin Vidal (@egbt4) on piano, recorded at the Studio du Bassin.He is the one who originally came with most of the ideas for this composition, as I handled the guitar, arrangement and production parts, back in 2016. I always felt this track had the potential to work in a power trio formation, given its very close proximity to Tigran Hamasyan music. So I also added some bass parts in post prod, just to make it sound better and voila, c'est chose faite !

Cozy (chillhop) Clément Belio 2022-04-09 | Totally forgot to post this track at the time but hey, better late than never. This is a demo I made for UVI "Lofi Dreams" sample library, so of course I had to do some kind of chill lofi hip hop thing but with a little twist as usual. At least to make it more interesting than the mainstream lofi girl thing, I use actual recordings to make it organic, mostly my voice with this cool choir and chord progression. Also had fun with the rhythm, a quintuplet groove that isn't in 4/4. Well, it's chill.Sorry guys I don't post as I used too in my channel, it's very frustrating for me not having the time anymore to work on my own projects, it's drawing all my energy and there's nothing left for me, and so for you. That's life I guess, you have to make a living somehow. I hope I'll come back someday with new music, but it will obviously take more time than before.Take care !

Thomas Adès - Arcadiana - O Albion Clément Belio 2020-07-31 | I needed to test out a string library from Samplemodeling called Solo & Ensemble Strings, it's the best sounding library I have for super Intimate and expressive playing, especially in a trio, quartet or quintet context.Coincidentally, I recently discovered Thomas Adès beautiful piece called Arcadiana, even it was made in 1994. This is a mockup of the 6th movement called "O, Albion", using only the sample library mentionned above. Pretty neat.To be more specific, I recently got a pedal to control midi CC signals with my feet. Monday #12 - Meet the Harmonium Clément Belio 2020-02-10 | Song is "Drømte mig en drøm" from Danish String Quartet, 2017 album "Last leaf"I love this quatuor so much, especially their traditionnal repertoire more than the classical. Absolutely beautiful melodies, so well written harmonies and voices, it's just perfect and has such a superb flavor to me. I wish I'd be able to compose half of it.So here is my humble rendition of this track but on harmonium as, sadly, I do not play violin very well (or at all). I obviously insisted to shoot in nature and not in a studio for this specific track, which I chose to use as the ending of the album. Starting on a very intimate mood at first, reminding the main theme, and then closing it as gloriously as possible, but still keeping that organic vibe with the strings section, organic percussions and moutains/waterfall samples that I captured during the shooting.It's funny how this specific track inspired the album front cover, which inspired the music video aesthetic, which inspired the track again... My first time going full circle between the music and visuals.Altough this track is closing my new album, it was inspired quite some time ago by an artist called J.Views and his track "Almost Forgot".Instantly loved it, bought it alongside his sample library, blended it with my 2 years process doing this album and this is pretty much the result.

PATIENCE #09 - Binaural Microphones Clément Belio 2019-04-23 | Binaural Microphones are little mic you wear like earbuds and that records sound super close to the way you are hearing, due to the shape of your ear, the stereo placement, the fact that in between there is your head etc...It's mostly used in field recording, for video games or films, post production, foley recording etc...
