This time-lapse captures the placement of the structural steel for the first portion of the new InterContinental Hotel skyway, which went up recently at Terminal 1-Lindbergh.

The InterContinental is set to open in the summer of 2018. The hotel will have its own TSA security checkpoint to provide guests easy access to flights.
