Join me for a beautiful scenic flight with the Skyrover X1 over Swan Falls Dam on the Snake River in Idaho!
In this video, we explore both sides of the historic dam (originally built in 1901 to power silver mines in the Owyhee Mountains, later expanded, with the old powerhouse now a museum). Fly upstream and downstream, enjoy the reservoir views, paddleboarders, fishing spots, and the dramatic Snake River Canyon scenery — all captured in 4K 60fps.
This is a different stretch of the river than my usual flights near Dedication Point. Idaho Power maintains a great public park here with picnic areas and access. No cell service on site, but pure outdoor beauty.
