True Armor completely overhauls the way protection works by introducing unique properties and resistances for every armor set. Instead of just a flat "armor rating," your gear now reacts realistically to weapon types. For example steel plate armor might shrug off arrows and blades but leave you vulnerable to blunt maces. It forces you to actually think about your loadout before heading into a dungeon.
