Did double quest completion glitch, when successful, talking to Skjor seems to just turn you into 3rd person and unlock the achievement?
This trick seems save dependent. One of my saves worked, another one did not. However, the saves that were made were only 10 seconds apart, this means something has to have gone weird with it.
