My next quest is to buy new hardware. I have an i9-9900k, RTX 2080Ti, 32gb DDR4 RAM, 2TB Samsung Nvme drive, and I'm lucky to get 30 fps in this game. Sure, I could disable my ENB and/or stop gaming in 4K and/or remove my dozens of 4K/8K texture mods, but since that'll never happen there's only one solution... MORE POWER! :D
