The only real departure from vanilla is the addition of the Great Whiterun Forest, which transforms the tundra outside Whiterun into a dense and expansive forest. The ENB can be changed to suit a darker, colder, or more fantasy-like experience, but I feel that Silent Horizons largely maintains the feel of vanilla Skyrim.
