Meridia was trying to tell me what to do and this stupid dragon broke the conversation to where it's attacking her and having me stuck in the air and not being able to draw my weapons. I can equip them, but I can't use them. Thankfully, the game auto-saved at a point before I fast traveled to Meridia's Shrine.
What's ironic is that the Frost Dragons are the dragons I hate the most in this game and it just so happens to be a Frost Dragon that pulled a jerk move on me like that.
