How to activate easter eggs (if you're not bothered to watch video):
Clippy: Hold Shift key and click on "Call Phone" button (you can use Ctrl+D hotkey too, also with holding Shift key) to get Clippy as your (useless) assistant. Just put your mouse over him to get rid of him.
Cat: Hold C, A, T keys or any other combination of keys which are far away should work.
Breaking Pencil: Hold A,S,D keys, or any other combination which are close to each other (like JKL). To make it work properly, use Cat easter egg first.
Hidden Emoticons: Just use these: (finger) (mooning) (swear) (drunk) (rock) (poolparty) (bug) (smoking) (fubar) (toivo) (headbang)
Update: (wfh) can be used too, as mentioned by YouTuber nabagaca.
