A magician weatherman wondered if a cloud could ever talk to a living being. So, with his weather powers, he created a self-aware being known as Strawn. He asks how the clouds make rain. Strawn "evaporates" the water to him (with his straw), and "condenses" on the weatherman. The weatherman, seeing Strawn doing this, finds it disgusting and runs away. Strawm suddenly developed an extreme thirst and starts drinking the rivers and oceans dry. He also drinks from the black clouds filled with water. He was captured by the teachers so they can help him learn not to drink so much water.
