A family of Gillmen were outside enjoying a tropical beach (which is acutally inside a dome in the middle of a frozen wasteland). Suddenly, a band of trolls attacked the Gillmen. As they fled, they left behind their son, Gill Grouch. One of the trolls (who like Boomer wasn't really into violence) found Gill Grouch and brought him to his house where he learned how to depend on himself. However, a new law was made that he had to attend troll school in order to live the troll way (including the habit of eating fish). When he reached to university age, his carer decided to get him to Skylanders University where he could learn to be a bit more civilized......and be less of a cannibal.
