Investigators say messages between two adults show planning for the killings of four children began weeks before their bodies were found in an apartment on June 23.
Chief Rabbitt said communications between Myers and Steadman show they began planning the murders no later than June 5. In the days that followed, Steadman was seen at multiple local pharmacies obtaining both over-the-counter and prescription medications.
