This is a on and off ride view of the Skybuckets at Six Flags over Georgia. It is a Type 101 Skyride and was built by Von Roll a Swiss company from Bern, Switzerland and it opened here in 1968. This ride takes riders on a one way journey from Peachtree Square to Lickskillet and vice versa from Lickskillet to Peachtree Square. This ride was built at a time when just about every park had one of their Skyway or Skyride type rides in their park but unfortunately, very few remain in operation these days. There used to be two Skyyrides here, the first one opened in 1967 and then this one opened a year later. They actually shared one tower, the first one in the on ride video, as this one crossed over top of the other one. The other Skyride had a station in what is now the Six Flags Kids store at the 1:45 mark in the video at it took riders to a station that was located where the Daredevile Dive coaster is now. Sadly, the Skybuckets are no-more as they were removed in 2021 as a part of the chain wide cost cutting measures brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
