These easy Keto Egg Bite Pie slices have all the flavor of traditional egg bites without the hassle of filling and cleaning muffin tins. Just blend, bake, slice, and enjoy!
๐ง Ingredients
โข 6 large eggs
โข 4 oz whipped cream cheese
โข 1 cup cooked sausage (or cooked crumbled bacon)
โข 8 oz shredded cheese (I used Gouda)
โข 1/2 tsp baking powder
โข 1 Tbsp total milk protein powder
โข 1/2 cup shredded cheese for topping (I used quesadilla cheese)
๐ฉโ๐ณ Directions
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
Add eggs, whipped cream cheese, Gouda cheese, baking powder, and total milk protein powder to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and combined.
Stir in the cooked sausage (or bacon).
Pour mixture into a 9-inch silicone round pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the quesadilla cheese over the top.
Broil for about 2 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
The silicone pan makes cleanup easy, nothing sticks, and you can cut off as much or as little as you want. Perfect for meal prep and busy mornings!
