Video of how to skip Money Bags and lighting the four lanterns in Spooky Swamp. I've been able to skip Money Bags in every level up to Spooky Swamp except for cloud spires (so far).
You can also skip just Money Bags by flying into the water then flying to land. I like my way though since it doesn't deal any damage.
