Hi all, today I want to get a little honest with you all and share my experience of struggling with Dermatillomania (aka Skin Picking Disorder or Compulsive Skin Picking) and solutions I've found which help me. I'll also be sharing some of your stories and advice and showing you a series of photographs from times when I've really struggled.
