AI agent continual learning turns yesterday's messy agent run into a written procedure the agent can reuse tomorrow. This short covers skill induction, the approval step, and why a human still signs off on every skill.

Skill induction takes the errors and fixes from a real agent run and drafts a short written procedure from them. In module two of Building Adaptive AI Agents you build that loop yourself: you go through real agent traces, watch the loop draft a skill, and see the before and after side by side.

Then you go through the approval call, which is the part that matters most. Approving a skill is the moment a suggestion turns into behaviour. The frightening failure is not that an agent learns something wrong, it is that you approved it.

Building Adaptive AI Agents is a short course from DeepLearning.AI built with Oracle, taught by Nacho Martinez and Casius Lee, on Oracle AI Database 26ai.
