The “20V Max” 3085 is an extremely powerful, high torque, 2-speed cordless hammer drill and part of SKIL’s “Brushless XP” range. “XP” tools deliver exceptional performance and durability thanks to their excellent technical specifications and advanced digital brushless motors. Like all other SKIL “20V Max” cordless tools, this model is powered by the industry-leading “PWRCORE 20™” advanced battery and charger technology. The SKIL 3085 is a brushless cordless hammer drill with impact function. Its exceptional performance and intelligent power make it the right choice for drilling in wood, metal and even masonry. And you can use it for the toughest screwdriving jobs and drilling larger holes at high speed. The digital brushless motor delivers more power, higher efficiency and a 10x longer lifetime than a comparable motor with carbon brushes. Smart anti-kickback brake technology provides increased user protection by disabling the tool in the event of kickback when it jams. The tool has two speeds and 24+1+1 torque settings for regular drilling and impact drilling and precise screwdriving results. The function selector allows you to easily switch between screwdriving, drilling and impact drilling. This tool has a 13 mm full metal quick-change chuck with ratchet for optimum bit grip. A fantastic view of the workpiece is guaranteed by the advanced LED light with 2 modes, including a torch mode. The automatic spindle lock makes changing accessories easy.
