The Tenkou twins encountered and fought just before arriving at Yafutoma. They are identical in statistics, their only difference being the Super Move they each perform, though each seems to do the same damage. They have a high chance of Counterattacking and a somewhat good chance of Dodging, so be weary when attacking them with regular attacks, and consider Hit%-boosting Accessories. It's possible to Poison them, though it may take some persistence; unlike most bosses they only have average resistance to Poison, and also Confuse. They are Blue elemental enemies, so the Blue-resisting Daccat's Tunic Armor is a good defense, sold by the Desert Merchant in Esparanza (not to be confused with Daccat's Armor, found in a chest on Daccat's Island). The Wind Gem Ring Accessory, sometimes dropped in and around the Dark Rift by the Tsurak moth/butterfly enemies, also resists blue attacks. Additionally, equipping Vyse with the Dream Cutlass, found in one of the ship treasure chests in the Dark Rift, will further reduce his damage taken from blue attacks.
Boss from Eternal Arcadia / Skies of Arcadia, original Dreamcast version.
