Fighting the Gourmet Black Pirate known as Gordo, soon after leaving Ixa'Taka. The supporting chef enemies have somewhat high Dodge%, so Hit%-boosting Accessories are recommended among the attacking characters. For weaker characters the Thermo Ring works very well, as all attacks during the boss are Red elemental attacks. The Thermo Ring cuts damage from these attacks in half, and is sold by the Mystery Merchant. The Nasrean Mail Armor also cuts a sizable chunk off of Red elemental attacks. Aika's Delta Shield will stop the damaging Pyres attacks coming from the three chefs whilst dealing with them, but whilst using it Curia cannot be used to cure Poison; instead Fina's Lunar Cleansing or a Curia Crystal must be used. Healing magic will not be possible either. Once only Gordo remains, Hit%-boosting and Status Effect resisting Accessories can be swapped for Thermo Rings.

Cham 30 is accessible only via DLC in the original, and not Pinta Quest despite common belief. Its not shown in this video, but I hear it is on an island called Hamachou Island situated high above the center of the Dark Rift.")
