A little look on what changed in Skid Rush.
Also at the last part (Harvest event exchange machine rewards) u saw that u could get +5's at the first stage, this means it will be:
Stage 1:+5
Stage 2:+8
Stage 3:+11
Stage 4:+14
Stage 5:+17.
This means, +17's won't be fixed in gamescampus, but they will be able to get enhanced by theirself (Stage 3 update made it easier to enhance) so don't expect any fixes to downgrade +17's to +11 in Drift City Gamescampus.
