Moving right along (and away from dragons...).
I notice as I sketch this one, how awkward pencil feels after being away from it in favor of the digital medium. Don't get me wrong-- I have always contended that digital tablet work uses exactly the same talent/skill as traditional mediums, and I stand by that. But there are more "conveniences" in the digital medium vs. pencil... Like covering shaded areas faster, etc. Then of course, paint brushes and airbrushes do, also.
Anyway-- I realized how much I truly missed drawing with pencil. That's all I ever used to do. Nothing but pencil (with the occasional exception of ball point pen). I didn't really start on color til in my early 20's... I can honestly say that I learned what you see on my other vids of digital stuff through using a pencil-- constantly for years. Even in my "social teenage" high school years, where I put drawing on hold to chase girls and hang with friends, I was always doodling on something while sitting somewhere, without consciously attempting to do art.
So here it is... Another sketch of a random face that is just made up. About 12 minutes, time squeezed down to 3 min. 30 sec.
