I don't really understand how my mind works. Maybe it's because of what I've been exposed to but that's not a full explanation. Someone else might look at a city or a garden and give apt descriptions of what they're looking at. Colors, textures, maybe even the science and engineering behind it all. The same goes with sounds and music. How vibrations work and theoretical jargon that labels specific chord progressions in a song. I've learned what I can over the years, but the truth is I can't really do that. I'm not good with terms or words, and expressing myself by regular means if difficult for me. However the best description of how I see the world I live in is that it isn't about what I see, but what I hear. I don't mean that in a literal sense either, it's like a feeling. When you look at a household object most likely you know what kind of noise it'll make when you hit it, or hit it with something else. The unlikely outcome is that you begin to think of a beat or a melody. I may not be an expert but I pretty sure that a normal person doesn't look at i dunno a couch and thing "Oooh i got a dope beat from that." That may not be how most people work but it's how I work. My mind just sort of plays melodies and harmonies at random. It's probably why these sketches don't really follow a single theme funny enough that's sort of the reason why these sketches aren't really just sketches anymore. It became a cool way of seeing what people think... of what I think? Anyway I like to think that these pieces are really little tid bits of what makes me who I am. Either that or i'm insane.
That being said I don't really have any deeper meaning hidden in this piece, It just sort of happened.
This will be the last sketch to be included in my 1st sketch album. A big thanks to everyone that comes to listen to these original compositions. It means a lot to see these ideas of mine be supported.
