This was from the cartoon Dinosaucers, episode 28.
I edited it as much as possible so you don't have to sit through such an awful cartoon, but can still see what I'm talking about. I'm not sure what the intended message was, but I took it as a question on do you want to be a slave to superstition, or do you want to take the risk and test things so you can learn more about how the world actually works.
Spoiler: The answer to the question at the end is "YES".
