Skate and Carve boards are tons of fun and will really help your surfing but as ever we need to stay safe. The right Safety Equipment in Skate Surf Training really opens this way of surf training for us. In the video you don't see us use helmets but they may be something you want to wear all the time.
Don't go cheap with your pads either as quality pads like #187killerpads and #hipsafety and #protec are good and there are others out there with quality.
