The eighth and final track from my album "Make Some Noise!" This song was originally composed back in October 2018. At the time, I opted to use the samples from Mario Paint (specifically, the soundfont included with Mario Paint Composer for PC) to make a song in the vein of that program, though it is beyond what you can do with Mario Paint (the bass is lower than how low you can go) and uses a custom bass drum, snare drum, and hi-hats. This song was also made at around the tail-end of the time I was having self-doubts about my music, so it has quite the somber tone to it.
In this 2025 edition, I opted to replace all samples with those by MusicalMan, and picked whatever I thought sounded best. I also replaced the MVerb plugin with the WavesReverb plugin that comes with OpenMPT, and New Note Action was used so that the changes between notes are less jarring.
Replacing this song's recording in "Make Some Noise!" will also mean needing to re-record the other songs to match up with the volume level of my current songs.
