Hello and welcome to this video probably run number 8 or 9 of my Tamiya MF-01X entry in the brushed class of the @poorboysrc Speed Run Challenge 2024. Last time out I clocked 36mph using my repaired LPR 14x2T motor. This time I have an Arrma Mega 9T 570 motor kindly donated by my friend Alan Taylor - cheers Alan! Because the motor is so wide I had to widen the rear track of the MF01X.
The only other change is switching to a Sanwa MX-6 radio system which has an ABS system, hopefully to prevent the roll-overs I've been getting when braking from full speed. Thanks for the radio, Jess!

26T pinion set on the small gear of the spur (AKA Ludicrous Gearing)
