Neut is a very good modern creator. All of his most recent works have been really good looking and well executed. I've been getting more and more interested in Neut's stuff, because he's improving a lot and he's doing it really fast.
Focusing on this level, it's clearly made for his own 16th birthday celebration. The level doesn't exactly follow a theme in most elements, but most of the background are related to it somehow. Although I wish some of the designs had some kind of birthday theme as well, I can appreciate what this level is going for. It's a definitely above average modern level, with good designs, having smooth transitions and effects. Unlike most modern levels, this one doesn't feel bland.
The only thing I'd personally add is a bit more of air deco here and there, but this level does a good job for sure, Neut clearly knows what he's doing. It's an overall simple but good-looking level and would for sure get a feature. I'd send it for that myself and I hope it gets rated soon.
