This fight is done without ULB Dark Opus weapon and Draconic Weapon.
This is by far the easiest dragon (at least for me) since it doesn't do normal attack and most of its special attacks can be mitigated by guarding.
Do bring clears and veil to prevent Strong Armed. Lumberjack's Dappled Sunlight is excellent here.
