The Six Step Reframe is known as the bridge pattern between Classic and 'New Code NLP. It was the first pattern to utilise involuntary signals and intention. In this NLP Academy practice session Michael Carroll works in a Zoom session setting up signals with a client and then completes the Six Step Reframe in the classic style.

In New Code NLP, John Grinder, the creator of the pattern, refers to it as the 'N Step Reframe' because depending on the client and what they are working on, it can have more or less than 6 steps. : )
