A NEW Six Flags roller coaster rumor is making the rounds, and this one has coaster fans paying attention.
According to Screamscape, a Six Flags park could potentially open North America’s first S&S Axis coaster as early as 2027 or 2028. Nothing is confirmed, but if this rumor is true, it could be one of the most unique coaster additions the chain has seen in years.
In this video, I break down the rumor, explain why this coaster concept has so many fans excited, and rank the Six Flags and legacy Cedar Fair parks that I think make the most sense for this possible project.
Could it be Six Flags Over Georgia? Kings Island? Cedar Point? Canada’s Wonderland? Or could this be a 2028 project for a totally different park?
