In 2001, Six Flags and Vekoma would open Deja Vu at 3 different parks: Six Flags Magic Mountain, Six Flags Great America, and Six Flags Over Georgia. Deja Vu would not stand long as the company sold off 2 of the Vekoma giant inverted boomerangs and relocated the third to Six Flags New England where it would receive the name Goliath. Vekoma would find issues with Deja Vu from the beginning, most of which they would resolve, but Six Flags still removed them from their original locations.
With Deja Vu gone, what replaced this giant inverted boomerangs? The Deja Vu giant inverted boomerangs had plenty of riders who enjoyed riding them, but yet they were still moved. Did Six Flags and Vekoma ruined Deja Vu or was it cursed from the jump? Three more Vekoma Giant inverted boomerangs were installed and still operate at their original parks to this day.
