• Sitting down

Stand upright, with both feet the same distance from a chair with armrests. Distribute your weight evenly between prosthetic and sound sides; refer to Side-to-side and balance to practice equal loading.

Red light indicates insufficient loading.
Orange light indicates partial loading.
Green light indicates equal loading.

The bar display indicates knee support and the grey shadow the maximum support achieved between 20°and 40° knee flexion.
When you see the green light slowly bend your knees, keeping load on the prosthetic side. Reach back for the chair armrests and sit down; you will feel the knee resistance assisting you as you sit.

Try to achieve maximum output on the bar display indicating support by keeping the prosthetic side loaded (green light).
The app will indicate a successful repetition.
Stand up and repeat.
