Submitted by the supremely talented Sonaly Francis with collaboration from her extended project team, the East Harbour Transit Hub is a transformational infrastructure project being delivered via an Alliance model contract between AtkinsRealis, Bird Construction and Hatch.
Impact statement: “On the East Harbour Transit Hub, set to become Toronto's second-busiest station, over 50 users across design, construction, and owner teams adopted cmBuilder to improve planning accuracy, coordination, and decision-making. By integrating 4D scheduling, 3D logistics, and drone data into one environment, the team eliminated software silos, de-risked the schedule, and delivered an estimated $90K in projected savings to the project over three years.”
