Our third place SitePlan Summi 3 Award went to a submission from Bradley Grant of ACCIONA, highlighting their work on the M80 Ring Road project in Melbourne, Australia.
Using cmBuilder, the team developed a 4D construction methodology model that improved engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The live 4D viewer and feedback features enabled real-time collaboration between planning and construction teams, speeding up iterations and reducing rework.
With cmBuilder’s intuitive interface and robust resource library, the team was able to explore, workshop, and refine construction strategies more efficiently. A strong example of digital engineering driving alignment from planning through execution.
