A little presentation of my way to “ meditate” that I prefer to name “ Sit in Silence”
A lot of people have trouble to “ meditate” ...I had too so I found my way and it passes by the senses.
I make it a pleasurable sensual experience by breathing with my whole body especially by the root center .
For me activating this center, being present to the pleasure avoid me to be in my mind .
Feeling instead of thinking...
I offer me this treat, taking like 10 mn to set up my space, great Latex cushion, Lambskin, incense , candle , singing bowls , connecting first with the planet, my surroundings , the Breath, like if I set the “ decor” for the play to be , then it flows with a great feeling of expansion and limitlessness .
I can also Sit in Silence in Nature with non of these, simply on the ground, a rock, the sand :)))
