The results are in. It's a YES!
SIPTU members have overwhelmingly supported the pay rates that emerged from negotiations between union representatives and employers at the Workplace Relations Commission. The proposals include an up to 10% pay raise for many workers and will bring the minimum agreed pay rate for workers in the sector to €15 per hour. Our members now expect to see these long-awaited wage increases reflected in their pay packets in September.
