In this video I give you my first impressions and review of the SIPLIV Brass/Wooden Pocket Fountain Pen. I purchased this little cartridge only fountain pen on Amazon having seen only written reviews on Amazon (mostly favorable). I didn't find any video reviews on this pen (although there may be one I just couldn't find one .... it could be flying under another name though).
In the review, I show you this pen plus we look at comparison pocket and other fountain pens, then I do a writing sample and walk you thru the "report card". Honestly, this little pen is a good writer and it just galls me that mine has cap threading issues.
Every once in awhile, I get the cap on correctly and that bothers me even more. (Not understanding why I can't consistently cap it correctly.) The threading for posting and the threading for the section/barrel is perfect on my pen ... but I'm having trouble getting past the crooked cap situation and also one more issue which I show you and detail in the video.
