The singer and TikTok star known as D4vd pleaded not guilty Monday and was appointed a new attorney at his arraignment on murder and other charges in the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
D4vd, whose real name is David Burke, was assigned a new attorney from the public defender's office during the hearing in a Los Angeles courtroom. His now-former attorney, Blair Berk, told the judge during the brief hearing that her team wishes to step down as counsel.
