I found this old uncut footage of the late Master Foo Shang Wee showing me some applications from various styles he had learnt, including Seven Star Mantis, Chen Style Taiji Quan, Hung Gar and more. This was taken in Singapore in 2018.

I thought it would be good to release this uncut and unseen footage as part of helping raise funds for #teamwater
