Gameplay footage of the highly incomplete SiN: Source, a port of the original 1998 shooter by Ritual Entertainment from the Quake 2 engine to Source. At this point in development, it requires SiN Episodes: Emergence to run and still uses a great deal of Half-Life 2 content as placeholders.

Background: Before beginning development on their planned Source engine-powered episodic series SiN Episodes, Ritual Entertainment first experimented with a port of the original SiN to Source circa 2005 to learn how the engine worked. This project was soon halted to focus on the first released episode, Emergence. However, due to Emergence's lack of financial success, several key Ritual employees departed and the company was eventually acquired by casual game developer MumboJumbo in 2007, effectively canceling all future SiN Episodes and SiN: Source prospects.

In early 2009, former Ritual QA Manager Michael Russell released the existing completed assets for SiN: Source (romsteady.blogspot.com/2009/02/sin-1-in-sin-episodes.html). The video demonstrates the entire playable portion of the game until the end of the Subway level where the Mancini Mutant boss is missing.
