***Ingredients***

Fresh Tomatoes
2 Large Scotch Bonnet
6 Cloves of Garlic
2 medium size onions
Ginger (the size of the medium size onion used)
1/2 tbsp Aniseed
1 tbsp Dried Rosemary
1tsp Whole cloves
1tsp ground calabash nutmeg or wideaba
1 Cup groundnut paste or peanut butter
1 tbsp tomato puree
3 small size garden eggs (optional)
salt to taste
