The Pathfinder Poncho Poles give you a simple way to increase the versatility of your poncho or tarp shelter without completely rebuilding your setup.

In this video, I demonstrate a quick shelter transition using the Pathfinder Poncho Poles to change the configuration and create more usable space underneath the shelter. This is especially useful around camp when you want additional headroom, easier access to your gear, or a more comfortable working and sleeping area while maintaining overhead protection.

A good shelter system shouldn’t lock you into one configuration. Learning how to transition and adapt your shelter to changing conditions is an important part of bushcraft, camping, and wilderness skills.

The Pathfinder Poncho Poles provide a compact option for supporting and modifying poncho and tarp configurations without depending entirely on finding the perfect trees or cutting additional poles from the landscape.

Simple gear. Multiple configurations. More options in the field.
