Hello! Welcome back to part 2 of the sourdough series! Today I'm going to share how to make a simple sourdough starter. I enjoy baking sourdough bread so much and I hope you find this simple how-to helpful and easy.

Simple Sourdough Starter
113 Grams of Water
113 Grams of All-Purpose Flour
Mix together and cover for 24 hours
For days 2-when the starter is ready:
1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup water
You can tell when the starter is “ripe” if it has tons of bubbles, floats when you drop a little in water, and has risen in the jar.
