Kevin Darrah | Simple Smoke Alarm Listening Circuit for Arduino @Kevindarrah | Uploaded October 2017 | Updated October 2024, 1 day ago.
Was working on a way to detect when the smoke alarms go off and decided to switch over to just 'listening' for the loud buzzer. Seems to work pretty good actually... now just need to work it into my Pusher IoT project: kevindarrah.com/wiki/index.php?title=Pusher
I'll build this up on a board and test it 'for real' in the house. I'll let you know how it goes.
That old video I did on turning stuff on by whistling: youtu.be/hpMVG4a9sR4
Check out my Tindie store (trigBoard is available) tindie.com/stores/kdcircuits
Thanks to all the Patrons for dropping a few bucks in the tip jar to help make these videos happen!
