Windy Hill Foundry | SIMPLE PATTERN MAKING AND POURING THE FIRST PIECE @windyhillfoundry5940 | Uploaded March 2021 | Updated October 2024, 5 hours ago.
This contains some basic steps to making a simple pattern for replicating a vintage wall washer or bolster plate as sometimes called. These were generally ornate plates you will see on 19th and 20th century buildings with multiple stories. I use only a table saw for this video. I do have a jointer and shaper but wanted to keep this basic for now. Later I will get into more advanced steps.
Abrasives for the grinding operations are provided by SUHNER
